Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your building management. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
