How do I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. The discount is automatically applied at checkout—no code needed.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our Order Tracking page or directly through the carrier’s website.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Contact us for specific international shipping information.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors and building management first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll file a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do I return an item?
Contact us at support@starello.com with your order number. We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping label. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days.

How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your return. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes! To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact us immediately at support@starello.com with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund right away, including return shipping costs.
